I took two pictures of Marsha my first day back in Kunming. She bought some rice-cake pastries, which she is holding in the first picture. In the second, she is wondering why I am still taking pictures, and it looks like she's hungry. She shows a lot of expression. I like the new red hat she bought. I'm not sure if it's clear from the pictures, but she has her own style. I don't think she thinks a lot about it, but I think it works well.

Marsha's is choosing to eat in the squatting position. She then watched TV from the same position. If an westerner tries sitting like this even for a second, it is difficult. Being able to squat comfortably means you never need a chair and is extremely convenient when waiting for a bus or whenever.

Here you can see that Marsha's teeth look great. I took these pictures to show how she has healed. She still has a scar under her right nostril (on the left in the picture).
